Refund Policy
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item is damaged, defective or incorrect, you can either get a refund or can have the item replaced at no additional cost to you.
Processing Steps:
- A photo of the item out of the packaging is required. Please take pictures of all sides of the item so our staff can review and make the determination if the item was indeed damaged or defective.
- Send the photo, or photos, along with your order number to info@theprancingpumpkin.com. Please include a detailed summary of what is wrong with the item.
- Our staff will evaluate the item. If approved, you do NOT need to send the item back. If you do want to send the item back, you certainly can. (See the return address section below.)
- After approval, you can choose to have a replacement sent to you at no additional cost or choose to receive a full refund.
Unhappy With Items
If you are unhappy with your items, you may return them within 7 days of delivery for a refund (minus shipping fees). Items must be unused, unworn and unwashed.
Processing Steps:
- Please send your request, order number and photos of UNUSED items to info@theprancingpumpkin.com. Once approved, we will send a confirmation email.
- Send items to 9810 Moody Ave, Oak Lawn, IL. 60453 (shipping for returns will be covered by the customer).
- Send the confirmed tracking number for the package to info@theprancingpumpkin.com.
- We will process your refund within 3 days of receiving tracking number confirmation email.
Late Refunds
Refunds can take some time processing based on the different banks and credit card companies. Before reaching out to us, please contact your financial institution as refunds may still be pending.
If you have already done so and you still have not received your refund, please let us know via info@theprancingpumpkin.com. Be sure to include your order number and pertinent information.
Sale or Clearance Items
Unfortunately, only regular priced items can be refunded at this time.
Shipping
Our orders are 3 to 5 day, standard shipping.
Once your item leaves The Prancing Pumpkin warehouse, it is the responsibility of the shipping company to safely and swiftly deliver your order. If you have any delivery issues, please contact the appropriate shipping company.
